Who am I? I am a Human Resources professional with varying career experiences. I have occupied positions in accounting, information technology, and human resources during the course of my career. However, I’ve come to love the HR + Tech combination! In other words, I love using technology to make my HR work easier. All my career experiences have provided me with opportunities to apply my analytical and consultative skills in solving business challenges. I am motivated by opportunities to improve business decisions and processes or improve the overall employee experience.
I’ve been in HR for four years and experiencing different aspects of it. I graduated with a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the American University of Nigeria. I recently became a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
With every day, there are endless possibilities. I love that my life as an HR professional brings with it opportunities to make a positive impact on employees and within organizational systems. I like to see people become better at what they do. I want employees to feel better about themselves in the workplace. I like organizations to run efficiently and effectively.
